How to list a bottle
From sign-up to payout, the whole flow takes a few minutes per bottle.
Register & add your details
Create your free account, add your buyer details and confirm you are 18 or older, and you can start buying right away. To sell, you can list straight away; when your first bottle sells, you complete a one-time verification with Online Payment Platform so we can pay you out.
Have your ID and bank details ready, it only takes a couple of minutes.
Choose your format
Decide how you want to sell. Pick Marketplace for a fixed price and instant sale, or Auction to let collectors bid the price up.
Not sure? You can always start on the marketplace and convert to an auction later.
Add the bottle & photos
Enter the name, category, distillery/producer, vintage, bottle size, ABV and condition. Upload clear, well-lit photos, front label, back label, fill level and seal.
Good photos and an honest description are the single biggest driver of a strong price.
Set your price or auction
Marketplace: set your fixed price, free to list, live for 90 days. Auction: set a start price and duration (up to one month), and optionally add a reserve price so it only sells above your minimum. The €5 auction fee is only deducted from your payout when it sells.
Optional: spend Exposure Points to boost, highlight or feature the listing (see below).
Ship & get paid
When it sells, the buyer pays into escrow and we send you a prepaid shipping label, so it always goes to the right address. Just pack the bottle safely and send it. Payout is automatic: your funds are released as soon as delivery is confirmed, or automatically 3 days after the bottle arrives if the buyer doesn't respond.

What it costs
Simple and predictable. Sellers list for free and only ever pay the small auction placement fee a buyer's premium is added at checkout.
The 12.5% premium is shown on top of the bottle price at checkout (excl. 21% VAT).

What "escrow" means here
Escrow is a neutral holding account. The buyer's payment is held safely by our regulated payment partner and is only released to the seller once the bottle has been delivered and confirmed so neither side has to trust the other blindly.

Listed a bottle at a fixed price but getting a lot of interest? You don't have to start over. A 90-day marketplace listing can be converted into a timed auction in a few clicks, perfect when demand tells you the market might pay more than your asking price.

- Choose Turn into auction.
- Set your start price, duration and optional reserve.
- Publish, bidding begins. The €5 auction fee is only deducted from your payout when it sells, so there's nothing to pay upfront.
Frequently asked
Do I need a separate buyer and seller account?
No. One account lets you do both. Your dashboard shows buying tools (watchlist, bids, orders) and selling tools (your marketplace listings and auctions) side by side.
Do I have to verify my identity?
Buyers don't upload an ID: they add their details and confirm they are 18 or older, and age is checked again on delivery. Sellers complete a one-time verification with Online Payment Platform, our regulated payment partner, when their first bottle sells. That confirms the seller's identity and bank account before any payout and protects high-value trades on both sides.
What does it cost to sell?
Listing on the marketplace is free. Auctions have a €5 fee (excl. VAT), but it's only deducted from your payout when the bottle sells, so there's nothing to pay upfront. No sale, no pay. An optional reserve price costs 500 points. There's no commission charged to you on a sale, the 12.5% buyer's premium is paid by the buyer.

They're an optional way to increase how many collectors see your listing, through boosts, highlights, front-page placement and homepage features. They never affect your price only your visibility.
