From sign-up to payout, the whole flow takes a few minutes per bottle.
Register & add your details
Create your free account and log in to your User Dashboard. One account lets you both buy and sell.
To buy:
Open Account Details in your dashboard, add your buyer details and confirm you are 18 or older. No ID upload is needed; your age is checked again when the bottle is delivered.
To sell:
You can list a bottle straight away. When your first bottle sells, you complete a one-time verification with our regulated payment partner, Online Payment Platform, from your dashboard. This confirms your identity and bank account so we can securely transfer your payout. You have 7 days after the sale to complete it.
Have your ID and bank details ready; it only takes a couple of minutes.
Choose your format
Decide how you want to sell. Pick Marketplace for a fixed price and instant sale, or Auction to let collectors bid the price up.
Not sure? You can always start on the marketplace and convert to an auction later.
Add the bottle & photos
Enter the name, category, distillery/producer, vintage, bottle size, ABV and condition. Upload clear, well-lit photos, front label, back label, fill level and seal.
Good photos and an honest description are the single biggest driver of a strong price.
Set your price or auction
Marketplace: set your fixed price, free to list, live for 90 days. Auction: set a start price and duration (up to one month), and optionally add a reserve price so it only sells above your minimum. The €5 auction fee is only deducted from your payout when it sells.
Optional: spend Exposure Points to boost, highlight or feature the listing (see below).
Ship & get paid
When it sells, the buyer pays into escrow and we send you a prepaid shipping label, so it always goes to the right address. Just pack the bottle safely and send it. Payout is automatic: your funds are released as soon as delivery is confirmed, or automatically 3 days after the bottle arrives if the buyer doesn't respond.

What it costs to sell
Simple and predictable. You list for free, and the only seller fee is the €5 auction fee, and even that is only taken from your payout when the bottle sells.
No sale, no pay: the €5 auction fee is only deducted from your payout when the bottle sells, nothing upfront. Auction fee excl. 21% VAT.
There's no seller commission on a sale, the 12.5% premium is paid by the buyer at checkout, so your agreed price is what you receive.

Boost it in its category, highlight it in the grid, or feature it on the front page and homepage for maximum visibility. A fixed-price listing waits for one buyer at your exact price, while an auction opens your bottle to competitive bidding, that means quicker liquidity and a final price driven by real demand rather than a number you set upfront. You can switch a live marketplace listing into a timed auction in a few clicks, without starting over.

What does it cost to sell?
Listing on the marketplace is free. Auctions have a €5 fee (excl. VAT), but it's only deducted from your payout when the bottle sells, so there's nothing to pay upfront. No sale, no pay. An optional reserve price costs 500 points. There's no commission charged to you on a sale, the 12.5% buyer's premium is paid by the buyer.
How and when do I get paid?
When your bottle sells, the buyer pays into escrow and we send you a prepaid shipping label, you just pack and send, nothing to arrange. Payout is automatic, your funds are released as soon as delivery is confirmed, or automatically 3 days after the bottle arrives, through our regulated payment partner, Online Payment Platform. The only exception is when the buyer contacts us about a problem within that window, in which case we hold the payout while we help resolve it.
Do I arrange shipping myself?
No. We provide a prepaid shipping label, so the bottle always goes to the correct address. You only have to pack it safely and hand it over. See our safe packaging guide before you send.
How long does a listing stay live?
Marketplace listings run for 90 days and are then removed automatically, you can relist at any time. Auctions run for up to one month, then close and sell to the highest qualifying bidder.
How long before my listing is approved?
The very first time can take a little longer, because your seller (merchant) account has to be fully approved before anything goes live. Once your account is set up and approved, new auction and marketplace listings are reviewed within 48 hours on working days.
What are Exposure Points for?
They're an optional way to get your listing in front of more collectors, through boosts, highlights, front-page placement and homepage features. That extra visibility can push an auction's final price higher and help marketplace bottles sell faster.
